E&P Trimwork has been servicing customers in the Charlotte, NC, area since 1992 when it got a kick start by contracting through M/I Homes to trim 90 homes.  Earning a solid reputation as a first rate trimwork company, E&P Trimwork grew substantially, acquiring contracts with other national building companies, custom builders and individual homeowners.

In 2000, E&P Trimwork invested in a 16,000 sq. ft office and manufacturing facility in Mooresville, NC.  Today, the company currently has plans to expand service offerings into the Charleston, SC, and Greenville/Spartanburg areas.

“We’re so proud that we’ve been able to grow our business, even in a time of economic downturn,” Shannon Neese, an owner of E&P Trimwork, says.  “Of course, a lot of our growth is a result of our being around so long and developing relationships with builders.  They know we’ll do what we say, and we stand behind our work.  Plus, we’re not going anywhere, and that’s always a strong factor builders consider when contracting out.”
